Our Firm Dulworth, Breeding & Karns, LLP, is organized as a limited liability partnership, and our principals are Randy Breeding, Lindy Karns, Kent Pleasants, and John Copeland. Three of our principals are alumni of international accounting firms. Our four principals have over ninety-five combined years of experience in public accounting. Dulworth, Breeding & Karns, LLP, is located in Central Kentucky, and its principals have a long history of commitment to Kentucky businesses. Each partner is a native Kentuckian who has chosen to live and raise his or her family in this area. Our Firm was formed in 1989 and has grown from five partners and one support staff to twenty-one professionals and four support staff.
